This text contains separate statements concerning D’Evin’s optional marketing messages and contact data processed for this purpose.

Promotional messages about D’Evin collections, products, campaigns, showroom services, launches and events may be sent through the channels you approve. You make a separate choice for each channel. Consent is not a condition for membership, an appointment or a purchase; no marketing channel is selected by default.

You may withdraw your consent using the free unsubscribe method in the message, through info@devinjewellery.com or through the Message Management System (İYS). Marketing messages on the relevant channel stop within three business days at the latest after receipt of the refusal. Consent/refusal records are also managed through İYS as required by legislation.

Necessary notifications relating to orders, delivery, invoices, security and services you request are independent of commercial marketing consent, provided no marketing content is added. The permission requirement cannot be circumvented by adding campaigns to those notifications.

• I consent to Anthos Jewellery Kuyumculuk Sanayi ve Ticaret Ltd. Şti. sending collection, product, campaign, launch and event announcements relating to the D’Evin Jewellery brand to the e-mail address I have provided, as commercial electronic messages.
• I consent to Anthos Jewellery Kuyumculuk Sanayi ve Ticaret Ltd. Şti. sending SMS/text messages in the same scope relating to the D’Evin Jewellery brand.
• I consent to Anthos Jewellery Kuyumculuk Sanayi ve Ticaret Ltd. Şti. making promotional telephone calls in the same scope relating to the D’Evin Jewellery brand.

Consent is recorded only for a channel that is used and that you select.

The data controller is Anthos Jewellery Kuyumculuk Sanayi ve Ticaret Ltd. Şti. Your name and surname, where available, contact address and chosen marketing channels are collected through an electronic form, newsletter registration or your separate declaration to manage the announcement list and send messages within the scope you approve. Processing for marketing relies on the separate explicit consent below under Art. 5/1 of the KVKK. Profiling based on purchase history or personalised advertising targeting is not within the scope of this consent.

Information needed to prove that consent was obtained or withdrawn, for İYS registration and for statutory record-keeping obligations is processed under Art. 5/2-a and ç of the KVKK. The relevant contact and preference data are shared with authorised message service providers that deliver messages, within the scope of marketing consent, and with İYS and competent public authorities in connection with statutory obligations. Where providers abroad are used, the actual recipients, countries and Art. 9 transfer mechanism are explained in the transfers section of the main Personal Data Protection Notice.

Use of the marketing list for the relevant channel stops when explicit consent or message consent is withdrawn. Message consent records are retained for three years after the consent ceases to be valid, and other commercial message records for three years from their recording date; marketing use does not continue beyond the scope of applicable statutory obligations. The minimum refusal record needed to prevent further messages may be retained on a separate legal basis.

You may find out whether your personal data are processed; request information if they have been processed; learn the purpose of processing and whether the data are used in accordance with that purpose; learn the third parties to whom data are transferred in Turkey or abroad; request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data; request erasure or destruction under the conditions in Article 7 of the Law; and request notification of correction, erasure or destruction to third parties to whom the data were transferred. You may object to an adverse result arising from analysis exclusively by automated systems and request compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.

You may submit requests in writing to the address above or to info@devinjewellery.com from an e-mail address previously provided to us and recorded in our systems. Your rights to apply through registered electronic mail (KEP), secure electronic signature, mobile signature and other methods in the Communiqué remain unaffected. Your application must include your name and surname, signature if submitted in writing; Turkish identity number for Turkish citizens or nationality and passport number or identity number, if any, for foreign nationals; notification address, any e-mail address, telephone and fax number for communication; and your request. You may attach relevant information and documents. Only necessary and proportionate information is requested for identity verification.

Applications are resolved as soon as possible according to their nature and within 30 days at the latest, normally free of charge; where an additional cost is required, only the tariff set by the Board may apply. If your request is refused, the response is inadequate or no response is provided in time, you have the right to complain to the Board within 30 days of learning of the response and, in every case, within 60 days of the application date.

• Having read the marketing notice above, I give my explicit consent to the processing of my name and surname (where available), my contact addresses and my channel preferences by Anthos Jewellery Kuyumculuk Sanayi ve Ticaret Ltd. Şti. for the purpose of preparing and sending D’Evin announcements on the channels I have chosen and managing the list, and to their transfer, to the extent necessary for this purpose, to authorised message delivery service providers. I know that I can withdraw my consent at any time.

This explicit consent does not replace channel-specific commercial electronic message consent or a mechanism for transfers abroad. Optional marketing messages described in this text are not sent unless both marketing explicit consent and consent for the relevant channel have been given. Not making a choice does not affect the core services.
